OUR PROCESS
Meeting Us
When you walk into our showroom or call us on the phone,
we do our best to get as much information as possible regarding your project.
We will set up a design consult with one of our available designers to go over the information already collected as well as new information or ideas you would like to talk about.
Getting the Numbers
After your initial design decisions and plans are drawn in our CAD program, we will be able to put together an estimate for you. Once you've accepted the estimate and put down a deposit,
we can put forth an install date.
Making the Corrections
So, you have a design and you've made some essential decisions regarding
materials, colours, countertops, hardware and accessories.
Now, we will send one of our staff to get a detailed measure and make the necessary adjustments.
During this time, we will also request a copy of your appliance specifications to implement into our drawings.
Finalizing the Details
In this phase, we require you to sign off on your final decisions to allow for the plans to be put into action and sent to production. If you've changed your mind about the colour, countertop, hardware or accessories, this will be the time to do so. Our team collaborates in double-checking each piece
going into your project to reassure it will fit perfectly.*
*Our team requires a minimum of 8 weeks from the time you sign off for the production of your custom cabinetry. This timeline may vary depending on the scope of the project, materials, etc.
Production
This is where all the parts and pieces are cut out by our CNC machine or by one of our professionals.
It is then sent to get sanded, finished and assembled. After a thorough quality check,
your cabinetry will be ready for installation.
Installation
Before we install your cabinets, we require suitable space for delivery one to three days prior to installation. Your space must be in the phase where plumbing, electrical and flooring are complete for us to install the cabinetry. Your countertop template and installation will happen soon after your cabinets are installed.

You can check out all the stunning designs Cambria offers in our showroom. You can sign out the samples to bring them home and view them in your space and light. Once you've found a design you love, ask one of our staff to get you a quote.
Sink and Faucet
We've teamed up with Kohler to put together a selection of all our favourite sinks and faucets at the best price. Ask our Showroom Coordinator for one of our brochures when you come for a visit or take a look online and let us know.
WARRANTIES
HARBOUR KITCHENS WARRANTIES
HK&M warrants its work against deficiencies and defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the completion/installation date.
This warranty is a limited warranty that will cover the cost to replace OR repair the defective component. This will happen once it has been inspected by an authorized representative of HK&M.
This Warranty applies to the original purchasing consumer and is non-transferable. Transportation costs and/or labour charges are not covered after the 3 years and are to be paid by the original purchaser.
This warranty is void when damage or failures stem from abuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration, modification or subjection to extreme temperatures or moisture.
The warranty does not cover any product used in connection with the cabinets, such as gas or electric appliances, countertops, or plumbing fixtures. Door hinges and drawer slides carry a manufacturer’s warranty and will be replaced if failure occurs during the manufacturer’s warranty period.
BLUM LIFETIME WARRANTY
Genuine lifetime warranty on all Blum drawer systems
We exclusively supply Blum drawers, runners and components. Every Blum drawer comes with Lifetime Warranty.
Blum is so confident in the quality of their drawer box systems that they offer a lifetime warranty.
If you are the original purchaser of the Blum product and have proof of purchase, they will supply any replacement parts free of charge AT ANY TIME after installation.
